RETURNS

First off, thank you for shopping with us…

2nd, we have an EXCHANGE ONLY return policy. It’s that simple folks, all sale items are final sale, and our apologies but shipping fees are non-refundable. The good news is, you have up to 14 days after you make your purchase, to decide if you want to return, and even better, if you send your purchase back to us in brand new condition, with its original packaging, we will approve your exchange, and issue you a store credit. Other non-returnable items include: Gift cards, and novelty items (accessories, cleaning products), in a nutshell, anything other than footwear.

Also don’t forget to complete your exchange we will need your original receipt, and please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, leave that to us, if you have any defects or quality issues, just let us know by sending us an email or leave a note in your package when you return. We love feedback, from our shoppers… be nice, we're human too.    

Should we approve your exchange we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item and if we are able to approval your exchange.

Next, an exchange credit will automatically be applied to your TwelveAM.co account and you will be issued a merchandise credit code via email.

We believe that sharing is caring, so if someone has gave you the gift of TwelveAM.co, we will grant an exchange and issue an exchange credit on your behalf. Your gift credit will be for the value of your return, again, not including shipping. Once the returned item is received, an exchange/gift credit will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when originally purchased, or your gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will notify and issue a credit to your gift giver, or the original purchaser.
